Ogilvie Fleet builds solution to overcome challenges faced by construction company

approach has helped Ogilvie Fleet win a four-year full outsourcing contract to
provide vehicles and a range of services to Hampshire-based Raymond Brown
The construction company, which has offices across
southern England and Wales, and operates in multiple work streams including the
core specialist areas of energy, rail and building, turned to Ogilvie Fleet
after facing “challenges” with other vehicle suppliers in recent years.
Both Ogilvie Fleet and Raymond Brown Construction are

Initially, legacy management of previous suppliers’
vehicles will be provided with new company cars delivered as current models on
the fleet reach the end of their fleet life.
Furthermore, the contract includes a comprehensive range
of additional services from Ogilvie Fleet’s portfolio including: fleet
management and maintenance, fuel card management and employee driver licence

risk management is further underpinned by Ogilvie Fleet undertaking checks on
employees who drive their own cars on business trips - so-called ‘grey fleet’
vehicles - including validation of driver licences and documentation relating
to vehicle insurance, MoTs and scheduled servicing.
Additionally, Ogilvie Fleet’s daily rental online booking
portal gives Raymond Brown Construction access to more than 500,000 vehicles
from more than 2,000 sites nationwide with as little as two hours’ notice.
