Brake Fleet Safety Conference 2017

The Fleet Safety Conference brings together fleet managers and suppliers to share best practice in managing road risk. The conference will feature best practice presentations from the winners of Brake's 2016 Fleet Safety Awards, covering topics including
This year’s conference, sponsored by the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS), will see experts from the world of fleet share best practice in managing road risk on Thursday, 25 May.  
Fleet operators and suppliers are being urged to book onto the conference sooner rather than later as the charity expect to sell out its venue at the St John's Hotel, Solihull (UK).  

Experts on key road safety issues will be highlighting key issues and best practice presentations will be delivered by organisations pioneering fleet safety measures. The conference will cover topical issues including protecting vulnerable road users, company driver safety, and engaging with road safety in your community.    

Confirmed speakers include: John Hix, director, FORS; Mark Bromhall, group road safety manager, Royal Mail; Tracey Fuller, customer engagement manager, Arval; Graham Bellman, group fleet director, Travis Perkins; Lee Matthews, road risk and green fleet manager, Morrison Utility Service; John Griffiths, head of fleet and logistics, South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust; Dr Matthew Watkins, senior lecturer in product design, Nottingham Trent University; Marc Byrne, head of social responsibility, McGee; Nobby Clark, driver development officer, Balfour Beatty, and a former police traffic officer and family liaison officer; Andrew Drewary, Consultant Collision Analyst.
